Tyler Robinson, a special advisor at the United States Small Business Administration (SBA), recently provided detailed insights to an O’Keefe Media Group undercover journalist about the internal dynamics of the Biden Administration and the key figures influencing decisions at the White House.
Robinson disclosed that he reports directly to Arthur Plews, the SBA Chief of Staff, who in turn reports to SBA Administrator Isabel Casillas Guzman.
In his revelations, Robinson highlighted the significant influence of Jeff Zients, former Facebook board member and current Biden Chief of Staff, describing him as “the second most powerful person in Washington.” According to Robinson, securing Zients’ approval equates to obtaining President Biden’s endorsement for initiatives. He emphasized, “Whatever this guy says, it’s what the President says.”
Robinson went further to assert that Zients holds unparalleled authority within the White House, surpassing even Vice President Kamala Harris in certain respects, although not in a legal capacity.
Moreover, Robinson discussed Zients’ role in approving activities that may contravene the Hatch Act, a federal statute prohibiting partisan activities by government employees. Robinson claimed that SBA Administrator Isabel Guzman indirectly supports Democratic campaigns during her official travels across the country. While she cannot explicitly endorse political candidates, Robinson stated that they strategically engage with Democratic Members of Congress to support their reelection efforts, citing a recent trip to Montana focused on assisting Senator Tester’s challenging reelection bid.
Furthermore, Robinson revealed insights into what he referred to as Biden’s shadow cabinet, which reportedly includes influential figures like Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton. He mentioned Clinton’s close ties to White House officials such as Neera Tanden, Director of the Domestic Policy Council, leveraging these connections to shape policy decisions, particularly on international matters.
It’s notable that previous investigations by O’Keefe uncovered discussions among White House officials regarding President Biden’s mental health and internal deliberations about the 2024 ticket, including considerations around Vice President Harris’s future role, with a focus on avoiding potential controversies or negative public perceptions.
